Enjoying this new BBC adaptation of The Country Girls on Radio4 - but it'll be a long wait until we get to the second book of the trilogy The Lonely Girl in October.
I love this trilogy and reread it regularly! I've been away so didn't know it was on the radio - at least I can catch up! Edna O Brien was interviewed on RTE one about her new book; fascinating.
